1. Definitions

fav77 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Payment method verification (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot showing account holder name)

Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

fav77 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, Permata Bank, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential account suspension.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and verified during KYC. Processing times are typically:

• Standard members: Within 24 hours
• VIP members: Within 5 minutes during business hours
• First-time withdrawals: Up to 48 hours due to additional security verification

We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, especially for large amounts exceeding Rp 50.000.000.

4.3 Maximum Bet Rule

While playing with active bonus funds, the maximum bet is Rp 50.000 per spin or hand unless otherwise specified. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and all associated winnings.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon account suspension, all pending withdrawals may be cancelled, and remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

You may request account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account or receive marketing communications. Outstanding balances will be returned to you after completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

6.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. We reserve the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 25.000 on inactive accounts with remaining balances. You will be notified via email before any fees are applied.

7. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers
